Positive: The location was good and the entire apartment was clean ,no noise and the host was very helpful and responding in time

Positive: When you first walk in it's like walking into your own home facility was so clean and so welcoming Negative: The codes you have to get to come in and out , but I understand its for safety reasons.

Positive: It offered everything we needed. The aesthetic was beautiful and also very comfortable. It was not entirely clean, there were hand marks on the walls and the bedding also did not seem fresh and crisp. But overall it was a very comfortable stay. Negative: Very little tea and coffee sachets on offer. May allocate an amount for the days of stay.

Super awsome except the gate entrance Positive: Entry at the gate was to long and tedious. The guard didn't know how to locate all the apartments I booked. I had to help him. And instead of helping me completely n then move onto other people because there were 2 other guards he kept helping others. So it took about 1 n half hours to enter. There should be another way that weekend guests enter n leave.

The agent did not even check to see if we were okay or if we needed anythin throughout our stay but nonetheless we enjoy Positive: It was beautiful and clean Negative: Cockroaches and it was on the last floor so it was extremely annoying walking all the way up after taking out trash because we couldn’t keep in the house as there were cockroaches
