Ballito Village Positive: It was clean Negative: Unfortunately, after staying for 4 nights there were no exchanges on towels and there were not enough tissue papers as we ran out on the third day.

From the time we came in we assumed the property was on the second or at least ground floor, this was as per the picture Positive: To be honest, from the pictures, this property was a let down. Negative: Not sure was irritated most of the time.

Good and peaceful Positive: Self catering unit in a safe and peaceful location

Positive: Everything Negative: Not having an iron in the apartment.

Unnecessarily difficult stay! Positive: Opportunity for improvement. Choose this place if you have the energy to nag about getting the basics which one expects. We booked 2 units for a family holiday - they were far apart. Received fewer towels than the number of people we booked for - had to argue and wait till day 3 of our stay to have this rectified. Cleanliness was an issue and unit 265 had a bad odor. Entering through security was a challenge with long wait times - should consider a temporary vehicle pass to help with the long waiting times at the gate. Missed the comforts of home during this 1 week stay.
