It was pleasant. Positive: I liked the the tight security. Negative: Third floor location and the the School playing field noice.

Beatiful,comfortable and super awesome Positive: I liked the fact that it was easy to locate, the place was very clean and beautiful. Negative: I think the sugar sachets were not enough for the three of us.

Worst place to stay at and very rude host. Positive: Nothing Negative: I didn’t like anything, the unit was extremely cold at night with no blanket, no heater and when I asked for a blanket since I was there with my kids I was told there’s no blankets and the unit description does not mention any means of blankets to be provided, so I asked in winter what are they guest expected to do must we fly to Durban with our blankets. No sense of empathy from the host instead she requested that we leave and they will waive my 4 nights payment only if bookings.com contact that after my complaint to the platform. The rudeness and no sympathy was the worst which led to us checking out and booking another place at an extra cost.😔 The main bedroom had stains and beach sand and when I complained DroppIn agent was very rude. I move out within I night stay instead of 5 nights stay. Worst position and they never mentioned that the unit is in the last floor, what a mess

Perfectly located. Positive: Everything was good. Place is in excellent condition and clean. The owner is also very quick to respond. I Negative: It’s on the top floor so you will climb a lot of stairs with suitcases which was exhausting. There were no extra blankets. Security held us up a lot varifying our details and other vehicles upon checking in. That was annoying.
