Positive: It was clean, safe and beautiful Negative: The issue of sheet that we had to pay for them and what was worst we were told after 5 days of checking out of which was unfair to us. Please consider pointing or communicating about the issue on the day of checking out or the following day not after some days.

Bad due to bad hosting Positive: Apartment and location Negative: Host was bad, access was denied because she did not send the codes, we had to wait outside the security gate for more than one hour waiting for codes, this happened both on arrival and during our stay. That one hour of during our stay needs to be refunded, I understand the one hour on the arrival day but not the one during the stay.

Positive: Everything about the place was Wow,sometimes I wish we could meet our hosts in person. Place was clean and well looked after. A small braai stand out would be nice in future.Everything was perfect.

Was good Positive: Everything was perfect Negative: Communication between the consultant and client. Shortage of kitchen equipment. How can you cook without wooden spoon to cook pap, small pot for a group.
