Positive: The entire apartment was very clean and very beautiful Negative: None

Positive: The estate is very safe and the estate facilities are good. There are also lots of convenient shops around. The room was modern. The host was responsive and amazing, she really tried her best to assist us in whichever way she could. Negative: The room needs attention lots of broken furniture, bathrooms are falling a part and there is mould. The kitchen also isn't really equipped for a self catering place, very few mismatched dishes and stained broken cooking utensils, the pots also leaked. The blankets were also dirty and smelly. The broken couch had a urine smell. We asked for extra duvets because the beds were really hard and uncomfortable, so we needed to actually add extra duvets to try and sleep, but beds still were not comfy. Carpets were also really dusty.

Positive: The view and cleanness Negative: Our room was located far from the pool and gym. Pots in our room had no lids

The place was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait more than 4h under the son in our cars. Positive: Nol Negative: The lady's name is Niry . She was unhelpful and very rude. She didn't want to answer the phone and delayed us for more than 4 hours . We had a very bad experience and we will never book these apartments again.
