Overpriced, poorly equipped and dirty. Positive: Liked nothing. Booked for 5 nights and left after 2. Negative: The unit is situated in a very large high density residential development with no view and restrictive guest access policies. The unit was dismally equipped, 1 fork, 3 knives, 2 teaspoons and 2 water glasses all mismatched. The cooking equipment provided was minimal, cheap, flimsy and dirty.No plug point provided for the toaster and coffee machine and the kettle had to be balance precariously to reach a plug behind a very inadequate refuse bin. The floors were dirty. All easily remedied if any consideration was given to guest comfort, disappointing in view of the rate charged for a very small unit.

Trip to Ballito Positive: Unit was well furnished, even had dishwasher and washing machine. Negative: Location not great, complex is large. Unit views look into back of next row of units.

Bad due to bad hosting Positive: Apartment and location Negative: Host was bad, access was denied because she did not send the codes, we had to wait outside the security gate for more than one hour waiting for codes, this happened both on arrival and during our stay. That one hour of during our stay needs to be refunded, I understand the one hour on the arrival day but not the one during the stay.

OK Positive: Great location and modern decoration Negative: Could do with an electric blanket for colder days/months, no proper indoor broom (supplied broom was for outdoors) and no mop should you spill anything ( probably why towels have stains), there was no balcony furniture as shown in the pictures in the unit, bedroom wall needs a repaint and fixing.
